During their years of comebacks, each of the members has had concepts that they enjoyed the most. The same goes for stage outfits. The MONSTA X members created a dance practice for their recent title track ‘GAMBLER.’ During the dance practice, each member chose their favorite stage outfit that they have performed in and wore it.

Here is a look back at the most iconic MONSTA X stage outfits picked by the members themselves.

MinHyuk - ‘FOLLOW’

The boys wore this purple Korean traditional-inspired outfit for their VHEARTBEAT  2019 Year-End Party on Jan. 11, 2020. They also wore the outfit to perform on SBS’s “Inkigayo.”

KiHyun - ‘DRAMARAMA’

KiHyun chose this hip navy pinstripe suit from when they performed ‘DRAMARAMA’ on MBC’s “Show Champion” stage on Nov. 22, 2017. It also happened to be his birthday on that day.

HyungWon - ‘DRAMARAMA’

HyungWon chose this elegant suit from their ‘DRAMARAMA’ performance at the Seoul Music Awards on Jan. 25, 2018. Even though the suit seems sophisticated, fans loved that HyungWon reveals some skin accessorized by a choker accessory. On that day, MONSTA X actually won the award for ‘Discovery of the Year,’ which is awarded to a group that has garnered a lot of attention that year. The members actually wore similar outfits to this one during their ‘Jealousy’ era. They wore well-tailored suits with similar chokers and leather accessories. Their stage outfits look similar to this one from their ‘DRAMARAMA’ stage and HyungWon even did the ‘Jealousy’ pose as he rocked the iconic look.

JooHoney - ‘Alligator’

JooHoney chose this sexy black outfit decked with lace from ‘Alligator,’ era. It is from their KBS “Music Bank” stage on Feb. 22, 2019.

I.M - ‘FOLLOW’

I.M chose this Korean traditional and modern fusion outfit as his iconic stage outfit. They wore it when performing ‘FOLLOW’ on KBS’s Music Bank on Nov. 8, 2019. MONBEBE enjoyed seeing the members in somewhat traditional attire.

Bonus: ShowNu (Netizen’s choice) - ‘Shoot Out’

Although ShowNu wasn’t in the video, MONBEBE speculated that if he had a choice he would’ve gone for his stage outfit for ‘Shoot Out.’ This photo is from their final performance of ‘Shoot Out’ on KBS’s “Music Bank,” on Nov. 23, 2018. What do you think? Do you think ShowNu would pick one of the revealing jumpsuits from ‘Shoot Out’ era or an outfit from another comeback?   It’s interesting to see how some of their most iconic stage outfits can be associated with eras throughout their career and even with special milestones. What do you think are some of MONSTA X’s most iconic stage outfits?
